Circadia LLC operates circadia.ai. This policy describes how we handle information when you visit this website, submit a project inquiry, or contact us by email.

Our inquiry form asks for your name, email address, business name, website, business description, team size, business challenges, project interests, time spent on existing work, reason for contacting us, budget, and timeline. Some fields are optional. Email communications include your email address, message, and any other information you choose to share.

How we use inquiries

We use the information you provide to understand your inquiry, evaluate potential projects, and communicate with you. Our inquiry process includes AI-assisted filtering and email follow-up. Inquiry content may be processed by AI service providers as part of that filtering.

Access and service providers

Circadia’s owner and team access inquiries to handle requests and follow up. Information is also processed by the services used to operate the website, store inquiries, filter them with AI, and deliver email.

• Cloudflare: hosts the website, stores form submissions through D1, and provides Turnstile spam protection.
• Resend and email services: deliver inquiry notifications and support email communications.
• AI services: process inquiry content for AI-assisted filtering.
• Google Fonts and UNPKG: supply fonts and scripts used by the website. Your browser connects to these services when loading those resources.

Technical information

Website delivery and security services process technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser information. Turnstile processes browser and connection signals to distinguish people from bots. Form verification can send a challenge token and IP address to Cloudflare. See the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum for details about its processing.

How long we keep information

We keep inquiry information as long as needed to evaluate and follow up on your inquiry and manage any resulting business relationship. Retention depends on the status of the inquiry and any applicable recordkeeping requirements. You can contact us to ask about information we hold or request its deletion.
